Your responsibilities

As a site supervisor, you ensure our projects run safely, smartly, and smoothly. You are the connecting link between crew, client, and project management. Concretely, this means:

  • Managing multiple drilling crews
  • Safeguarding safety, quality, and scheduling
  • Maintaining client communications on progress
  • Verifying cables, pipelines, and alignments via the KLIC app and trial trenches
  • Ensuring all bore logs and as-built measurements are submitted correctly and on time
  • Collecting and interpreting execution data
  • Planning drills, equipment, and staffing together with the project manager

What you bring

  • Completed MBO-level education
  • VCA VOL and category B-E driving license
  • Knowledge of soil, drilling techniques, and measuring systems
  • Experience with GPS and the KLIC system
  • Leadership, organizational talent, and solution-oriented thinking
  • Accuracy and strong communication skills
  • And of course: a good sense of humor and team spirit!
