This is what you will do

As a trainee drilling foreman, you support the drilling foreman and learn the trade step by step:

  • Assist in the preparation of drilling installations
  • Operate and manage the truck combination and drilling installation
  • Inspect cables, pipes, and conduits
  • Prepare drilling fluids and clean up the borehole
  • Daily maintenance and transport of the drilling installation
  • Maintain project administration and collect execution data
  • Collaborate with the drilling foreman, project leader, or supervisor according to safety and quality regulations

What you bring

  • VCA Basic Safety certificate (or willing to obtain)
  • Driver’s license B (preferably B-E/C-E)
  • Interest in technology, drilling systems, and safety
  • Basic knowledge of soil and soil properties
  • Willingness to learn and develop yourself
  • Accurate, flexible, customer-oriented, and a team player
  • Enthusiasm and a positive work attitude
